Permanent Makeup Appointment Policy:
Please note, Permanent Makeup services at The Wax Boutique require a prior consultation and cannot be booked online. To schedule your consultation, kindly call our boutique directly.
For these exclusive services, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Refund / Return Policy: We stand behind our services and products; however, we do not offer refunds. If you’re not satisfied with a service, you must contact us within 48 hours. All product sales are final, with no returns accepted.
No Show / Cancellation Policy: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or rescheduling, as well as no-shows, may incur a charge up to the full service cost.
Late Policy: If you’re more than 6 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to accommodate our schedule. Please call us if you expect a delay.
