Refund / Return Policy:
We don’t offer refunds for services or products. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours for eyelash services and 48 hours for waxing services.

We do not accept product returns under any circumstances.

No Show / Cancellation Policy:
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the booked appointment time, we reserve the right to charge the Credit Card on file 50% of the service. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the service. Credit card info is required at the time of booking and held on file in order to reserve all appointments.

Late Policy:
6 minutes is 40% of your blocked appointment time of 15 minutes. Without notice, we reserve the right to take another client after 6 minutes. Please inform us if you’re running late so that we can best accommodate you and our other clients.
