LASH & BROW SERVICE POLICIES

• 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking and a Credit Card is REQUIRED to be kept on file to reserve any and all Lash or Brow Services. No exceptions.
• Booking online automatically authorizes The Wax Boutique to charge the Credit Card on file when any cancellation/ no-show policies are violated.
• Authorization to charge the Credit Card if any of the following policies are violated is REQUIRED to reserve any and all Lash or Brow Services over the phone. This authorization will be emailed as a Google Form & must be submitted to reserve an appointment. No exceptions.
• The minimum age requirement for any specialty Brow or Lash service is 18 years of age.
• Any Lash Fill 22+ days will be considered a full set. No exceptions.
• Any no-show for a lash or brow appointment will be charged 100% of the cost of their booked service. Any client who no-shows will be denied the ability to book future appointments unless they pay in full at time of booking. (Non-refundable)
• Any lash or brow appointment cancellation or reschedule request within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the cost of their booked service.
• We do not offer refunds for any services or products. No exceptions. If you’re dissatisfied with a lash or brow service, please inform us within 24 hours. This policy includes reactions to products and solutions that are used in services.
• Please notify us of allergies, medications, and pre-existing conditions, etc. PRIOR to your appointment. It is extremely important to be honest when completing consultation intake and liability forms so that we can make sure you get the best results from your service!
• Clients are required to come to their appointment WITHOUT EYE MAKEUP. If the technician has to cleanse the area of makeup, the client will be charged an additional $15. If the technician cannot sufficiently cleanse the area, we may not be able to perform the service. Client will still be charged for the service. (Non-refundable.)
• Clients who frequently reschedule and/or cancel at the last minute or no show may be denied the right to book future appointments.
• Lash extension retention is dependent on many variables including proper after-care. Lash clients that do not properly care for their lash extensions may experience more lash fall-out than others. Lash fill appointments are booked for generic time increments that should allow the Lash Artist to fill in any lash loss from the previous appointment. However, if you are someone that experiences more than the usual fall-out between fill appointments, please let us know at the time of booking or before your next fill appointment so that we can accommodate your lash fill with extra time.
• We always recommend booking your lash fill appointments before leaving the salon from an appointment. Pre-booking is the only way to guaranty that we’ll have the availability you’re looking for. We typically can’t accommodate last-minute appointments for extensions. Please pre-book to make sure that you get an appointment before you reach the 22-day threshold of needing a full-set.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if/when the Licensed Artist is not comfortable working over previously existing lash extensions. The health and integrity of your natural lashes is of utmost importance to us. Please respect the decision of your Licensed and Certified Technician. If/ when we cannot perform the service over pre-existing lash extensions, then we might recommend removing the lashes and starting fresh. Please be advised that this will result in additional charges. Of course, we will make our recommendations and consult with you prior to performing any service.
